1. Assets Explorer
With the new version, it is to navigate the
asset hierarchical structure (Locations/Equipment/Tools) and create/edit
assets directly within the Assets Explorer. Additionally, you can also can also view summary
data about the work for each asset, as well as the latest work performed.
2.Verification list batch management
Like the app, a verification list batch
management feature is now available in the Web CMMS, which will allow you to
consult all tasks within a WO on a single screen.
Note: In the WO Task Verifications list, the
new Verify button will appear . If you
still see the old Create button, you must reset the list and the new
operation will be available.
3. Dynamic Routes
From now on, dynamic routes can be defined to
include all assets in a family, location function, or brand/model. These
dynamic elements are applied when creating a Request or WO, as well as
when creating a WO from a Request, preventive event, or related WO.
For more information, we recommend consulting the following support articles:
- How do I log orders for routes?
- How do I create Work Orders for Routes?
- How do I create a route?
4. Warehouse Access Restrictions
For WO consumptions, it is possible to restrict
access to a warehouse for specific technicians. This feature enables technicians
to see only the warehouses they have access to, providing better control
and security.
5. Meter Replacements
This new feature allows for the physical
replacement of a meter due to failure or technological updates, while
keeping the meter record. The reading is reset to reflect the new
meter's information.
Note: The
new operation should appear on the list. If you don’t see this operation, then you
must reset the list and it will then be available.
6. Changing the Preventive Event date
You can now set a different date for a Preventive Event. When the Preventive Maintenance is rescheduled, the event keeps the overridden date and opens the WO on that specific date. Find out how in the support article.
7.Exploring Follow-up messages
It is now possible to search globally for all WO follow-up
messages to find solutions or additional information for previous
problems. Find out how in the support article.
8.Exploring Parts/Warehouses

Note: The
new operation should appear on the list. If you don’t see this operation, then you
must reset the list and it will then be available.

- immediately, after a record is created or modified.
- periodically, every X minutes.
- Start/stop labor timer on status change: it is possible to automatically start or
stop the timer on the Technician app when changing to a specific state (see article);
- Verification list improvements: you can now apply the same verification
on tasks for a single asset, and the list will remain positioned on the
last verified asset for easier navigation (see article);

only have access to unrestricted warehouses or warehouses where they have
been granted access.
