Mobile - How do I report task verifications?

To access the tasks that require verification in a work order (WO), follow these steps:
  1. Access the Menu | Report Work;
  2. On the WOs list, select the work order for which you want to consult the tasks;
  3. Access the Tasks tab;
  4. If the WO is for an asset (location, equipment or tool), a list of all the WO tasks is presented. If it is for a route, the list of tasks for one of the assets/locations of the route is displayed. You can choose other assets/locations by first selecting the asset type and then the asset.
The lists contain synchronized verifications, verifications pending synchronization and verifications whose synchronization failed.

Verify a task

To verify a task, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the WO task list;
  2. Select the 3 dots icon;
  3. In the verification form, fill in the verification type and remarks.
  4. Click on Save.
It is possible to apply a task verification to all  tasks in a WO configured with the same verification type. To do so, in the verification form you must activate the Apply to all? field. You will be asked whether you want to apply it to all the route's assets and if so, if so, answer:
  1. Yes: it applies the verification to all the route's assets, with the same type of verification being edited at the time of the verification;
  2. No: it applies the verification to all tasks, but only to the selected route asset.
It is only possible to verify tasks if the WO status allows he task verification.

Delete Task Verification

For this operation to succeed, you can only select non-synchronized tasks. To delete task verifications, you must go to the WO's task list, click on the 3 dots icon and, in the form, remove the verification.
