How to report the task verification associated with the work order?

When a work order is in a state that allows to record costs, it is possible to perform the task verification. To check the tasks, you must access the work order file  "Work | Work Orders", select the work order that you wish to check the task of.
  1. On the work order file, on the "Operations" link select the option "Task verification"
  2. The list of work order reports associated to the WO is presented
  3. Press the option "Create"
  4. After filling in the data, you can press the option "Save" or "Save and Apply to all". 
The difference between the options "Save" and "Save and Apply to all" is the following:
  1. Save - the verification is only performed for the selected task.
  2. Save and Apply to all:
    1. if the task being checked is associated to a plan, press Save and  if the plan task verification records the same verification for all tasks of that maintenance plan.
    2. If you are verifying a task with no maintenance plan, apply the same verification to all tasks with no maintenance plan.
When filling in the task verification, you must consider:
  1. You can only check tasks associated to a work order.
  2. If the Work Order is associated to a location, equipment or tool, that asset is automatically assumed on the Task Verification, and it is not possible to edit.
  3. If the Work Order is associated to a route, is it possible to select the asset to which you wish to perform the task verification. You can only select assets associated to the route when the work order was transferred from one state that allows work report or when the request was reported, if the work order originates from a request.
  4.  The verification date can be inferior to the work order creation date.
  5. The fields equipment, tool and location cannot be simultaneously filled in, only one of the two can be filled in. One of the three fields must be filled in.
  6. You can only associate the authenticated user verification.
  7. The workshop manager the work order belongs to can create, edit and cancel records for the technician.
