How do I consult the follow-up messages associated with a work order?
Work orders (WO) can
contain follow-up messages. This information is very useful for the
administrator to track each WO.
To consult the list, simply go to Work | Explore Work | Follow-up Messages or search for Follow-up Messages in the search available in the header.
By default, the list:
- only displays messages created in the current quarter;
- only displays the last five messages of each Work Order;
- is sorted in descending order of the date of the message;
- provides general filters and column filters.
The number of messages
to display cannot be less than 1.
This option is only
available for the Administrator profile.
