Minimum operating system versions

Minimum operating system versions

To assure high performance levels and data security, minimum operating system versions have been implemented for the use of the Valuekeep Requester and Valuekeep Technician mobile applications:

  1. Windows: OS: 10 (Windows 10)
  2. Android: Android version 7 or higher
  3. iOS: iOS version 14 or higher

The two mobile applications do not support the Windows 11 version.

Please note that apps can only be installed via the Play Store, App Store or Microsoft Store.

The hardware of the device affects the performance of the APP.
