What is the default workflow of the requests?
By
default, the requests workflow has the following states:
State | Notes |
New | Initial state, SLA start. Allows to create WOs in the states New or In Progress. |
In Progress | Changes the state of the
associated requests to In Progress. |
Completed | End of SLA. |
Closed | Final state, end of SLA. Change the WO state to Closed. |
Canceled | Final state, end of SLA. Changes the state of the associated requests to Canceled. |
