What are Valuekeep’s backup policies?

Our virtual machines are set up with a weekly backup, with 14 days of retention. Our databases are configured with a weekly full backup with four weeks of retention and daily differential backup, with 14 days of retention.

In the event of a natural disaster, your data is always secure and will be promptly available to you because our servers are connected with multiple locations around the globe. In the worst-case scenario, Valuekeep’s disaster recovery procedure has a maximum of 24 hours (24h data lost).
