How can I verify the progress of the task verifications associated with a work order?
The work
orders might contain maintenance plans tasks or additional tasks that require
verification. The task verification list allows the maintenance manager to view
the task verification progress for each work order.
To
view the menu list, select the option "Work | Explore | Task
Verifications or search Task Verifications".
- The task
verification list has the following criteria:
- It is
only available for the administrator role.
- By
default, only the work orders whose start date is on the current quarter
are presented.
- The
list is ordered in decreasing order of work order date.
- Only
the work orders with tasks that need verification are presented.
- It is possible to search the list using the search box and by selecting the field to be searched on the 3 dots.
The
task verifications can be performed using the work order record.
