What types of user profiles exist?
To ensure the correct use of all features, and to functionally
manage the workflows, the administrator has the following roles available:
i.Administrator
ii.Technician
iii.Requester
iv.Integrator
v.Requests Manager
vi.Work Manager
vii.Read only
Each one of the roles has different permissions on the product.
i.Administrator:
The
administrator has access to all features in each product row, including
the ability to invite new users.
ii.Technician
View
all the work orders he created and that are assigned to him;
Create
work orders;
Delete
the work orders he created and that are still not related to other
entities;
Report
costs to assigned work orders. Reporting costs includes:
Report
Labor
Report
Consumptions
Report
Misc Costs
Verifying
Tasks.
Create
failures to assigned work orders;
Create
requests;
Edit
and delete the requests he created and that are still not related to
other entities;
iii.Requester
Create
requests;
Edit
and delete the requests he created and that are still not related to
other entities;
iv.Integrator

details of the last execution by pipeline.
v.Requests Manager
Create
requests;
Edit
and delete the requests he created and that are still not related to
other entities;
View
all the requests you created and the asset requests on your access levels
Change
requests to the final state, the requests for assets that are at your
access level, but were not created by the request manager
vi.Work Manager
Can
only view or edit work orders for the workshops he/she manages
Can
only view or edit work orders for assets for your access levels
Can
only record verifications/costs/measurement values/downtime/failures in
assets you have access to
Can
only view work order requests for the workshops he/she manages
When
creating work orders, can only select assets that he/she has access to
and workshops he/she manages
Can
only view work orders for the workshops he/she manages
Can
only view the preventive maintenance events for the workshops he/she
manages
Can manager all requests
vii.Read only
Can
only view the information (work orders, preventive maintenances,
requests, etc.)
Cannot
create, edit or remove records
Can
add fields and edit list filters
Cannot
select this role on the menu
The
Subscriber cannot have this role
The
failure feature is only available on the Galaxy and Universe lines.
The
Integrator role is only available in the Universe line.
