What is the workflow of the preventive maintenances?

The preventive workflow has the following states:

State	Notes
New	Initial state. Allows changes
Approved	Does not allow changes. Create the preventive mainentance events.
Closed	Final state.  Does not allow changes.
Replaced	Final state. Does not allow changes. Previous versions' internal state for the preventive.
Canceled	Final state. Does not allow changes.
