Request Mobile - How to synchronize?

When the user accesses Valuekeep Requests, he does not have data, to get them it is necessary to synchronize them.

When entering the app for the first time, the data will be automatically synchronized in Background, however, the user can synchronize manually at any time.

To manually synchronize the data, you must access: Menu | Synchronize. The data to be synchronized is divided in 3 areas:

  1. Requests
  2. Assets
  3. Support Tables

Request Synchronization

The request synchronization can be performed by the synchronization menu or by pressing the synchronization icon above the app.

  1. If it is a positive result, it presents the number of assets synchronized for each type.
  2. If it is a negative result, it specifies that there was an error synchronizing.
