Request Mobile - How to set up Valuekeep Requests?


The Valuekeep Request configuration can be performed using the login screen or using the application menu (Menu → Configurations).

The configurations are defined in the following areas:

  1. Base configurations
    1. Language – by default, the app uses the language selected in the operating system If you wish to change the language, after selecting the desired language, you must restart the app.
    2. Profile information – on this screen you can find profile information for the user currently logged in, as well as application and database version data.
  2. Preferences
    1. Notify when finished
  3. Safety
    1. Pin – for an improved data security, the user can create a PIN to access the application, as well as changing the PIN previously defined. The pin must be a number with 4 to 6 digits.
    2. Integrated Access – allows to perform the login inside the app, with the exception of logins in google accounts.

If the user has a defined PIN, the PIN is requested when:
  1. Entering the application and there is a previously selected subscription;
  2. Accessing the selection of the subscription;
  3. Accessing the application configurations;
  4. Removing the PIN use;

Activating/Deactivating/Changing PIN.

  1. To activate the safety option with PIN, click on the PIN option, define the desired PIN, and then confirm it.
  2. To deactivate the PIN, click the PIN option and enter the current PIN.
  3. To change the PIN, click the option Change PIN and enter the current PIN and the new one, and then confirm it.


The PIN is only requested after opening the app or changing user, except when trying to change or remove the PIN. 

The notifications are generated and assigned to the app installed. If there is more than one user logged-in, you can receive the notification destined for another user.
