How does preventive maintenance rescheduling work?
The preventive maintenance events recalculation is a daily process
that recalculates all preventive maintenance events. This recalculation can be
done automatically or as requested by the user.
To automatically make it available, you must select the option Definitions | Work | Background Services and activate the Event Rescheduling.
To calculate it manually, access the Work | Preventive
Maintenances option:
- In the preventive maintenance list, select the preventive maintenance you want to reschedule;
- Select it and in the link Operations select the operation Reschedule Events. In the preventive maintenance list, you can add the column Reschedule Log to see if the rescheduling was successful or not.
If
the preventive has already been successfully recalculated today (depending on
the time zone), it will not be recalculated.Related Articles
