New Features
Cegid Pulse
A Virtual Assistant has
been added to the system, providing users with an intelligent interface
for quick access to documentation information concerning the system's
main processes.
Hierarchical asset selection
A new hierarchical asset selection
feature has been added to the web interface. This feature allows users to select
assets by navigating through the structural or functional tree, both in
requests and work orders.
Verification Report
A new verification report feature
has been implemented, allowing users to print out a comprehensive report
with basic work order data, task verifications and attached
photos, providing a complete overview of the work carried out.
Defining the assets' operating
status from the request
A new feature has been introduced which allows the operating status
of an asset to be defined directly from a maintenance request, via the Request
Type field. For example, by placing assets in an unavailable state;
Work orders reassignment
Managers can now assign or
reassign work orders to technicians within their workshop, using improved
filtering options. The system also allows the removal of assignments,
even when there is already work or costs recorded.
Last unit cost
A Last Unit Cost feature has been
introduced, allowing users to track and reference the most recent cost
associated with specific parts.
Notification capabilities have been expanded with the introduction of dynamic
tags. Users can now define any field as a tag in notifications for
requests, work orders, preventive maintenances and preventive maintenance
events, including user fields and entity references.
Contract notifications
Contract management has been
improved with the introduction of a new notification system. Users can
now receive alerts based on the expiration dates of contracts and associated
assets, with date customization options and dynamic lists of
recipients, which include people responsible for assets and
contracts.
Equipment eeception
A new feature has been introduced
for users of the UNIVERSE plan, which allows equipment and tools to be
generated from the items received;
Improvements
Functional improvements
Various improvements and functionalities requested by clients have been implemented, responding to specific needs and improving the overall functionality of the system:
- Validation of the employee's username to avoid mapping errors;
- Additional filters in the Order Management and Follow-up Messages lists;
- Flexibility in defining preventives with plan substitution, allowing the definition of the same number of events to be substituted with a different start event;
- In the Work Manager profile, the display of requests with the default Workshop defined in the Request Type field only if the user is the manager of that Workshop.
Several performance improvements have been implemented in the system, optimizing the overall user experience and system efficiency, with particular focus on the Preventive Maintenances and Batch Processing areas.

management of work orders in the app.
Custom attributes of the entity type
in the Technician app
UNIVERSE plan users can now edit entity search user fields in the WOs,
including system or user-defined entities.
