Mobile - How do I create a Work Order?

The Work Order (WO) is the entity which represents the maintenance work to be performed for an asset or location.

To create a work order, follow these steps:
  1. On the menu, select the option "New Work Order";
  2. The work order creation window is displayed;
  3. Fill in the required fields (marked with a "*");
  4. Press the checkmark icon presented on the upper right field to save the report;
 
When creating the work order, the user must consider the following rules:
  1. The work order is in state Draft when it is not synchronized to the BO, when it is synchronized, it is created on the initial state defined on the BO.
  2. Only assets and locations specified in the authenticated user's access levels and workshops are displayed.
Did you know that you can filter the Asset lists?

To streamline the Asset selection process, these lists can be filters according to the user's needs.
When accessing an assets list (location, equipment or tool), on the upper right field, you can press the icon 
which will open a new menu for the selection of the parameters being filtered. Later, and every time you access these lists, the selected filters will be saved and applied by default every time you access these lists.

For a user to be able to create work orders, they need to be configured as an employee and manager in the workshops.
