How to view the work orders?

The administrator has a list where it is possible to view all his work orders.

To view the list, on the menu select the option Work |  Work Orders.

The list has the following criteria: 

  1. It is only available for the administrator role.
  2. The list is ordered in decreasing order of work order date.
  3. From the list, you can access the work order view screen.
  4. You have the following filters available:
    1. Date: work order date;
    2. Expected date: expected work order date;
    3. States: states the work orders are on;
    4. WO types: work order types;
    5. Assets: work order equipment, tools, locations and routes;
    6. Workshops: work order workshop;
    7. Priority levels: work order priority levels;
  5. It is possible to have more search options on the list using the search box and by selecting the field to be searched on the 3 dots.
