How to view the traceability of a work order?
A work order can be originated from:
I.Another work order;
II.An order;
III.A preventive maintenance event.
To consult the traceability of a work order, select the option "Work | Work Orders".
- The list of work orders will be displayed;
- Select the work order you wish to view
- A work order view window is displayed;
- Press
the context panel (symbol
);
- The
dashboards with the information regarding the work order are presented,
with the name "Traceability".
If
the work order is independent (does not depend on another, or on a request or
preventive maintenance), it will not have traceability.
