How to view the list of misc costs?
It is possible to check all misc cost records
associated to a work order. The misc costs list allows the maintenance manager
to check all misc cost records associated to a work order.
To view a misc costs list on the menu, select the
option "Work | Explore Costs | Misc Costs" or search
"Misc Costs".
The misc costs list has the following criteria:
- It is
only available for the administrator role.
- By
default, only the misc costs of the current quarter.
- The
list is ordered in decreasing order of work order expected date.
- From
the list it is possible to access the work order view screen.
- It is
possible to search the list using the search box and by selecting the field
to be searched on the 3 dots.
