How to set a preventive maintenance with the work order opening date?
On the work orders tab, it is possible to define the
scheduling criteria that affected the date of the following event, based on the
previous work order.The
opening date criterion must consider the first transition to a state that
allows to log work or costs. If
the initial state allows records, the work order date must be considered.
Example of scenarios:
- Tolerance of zero days: - Preventive on the first Monday of every month:

- Tolerance of 10 days - Monthly preventive every 9th day of the month
- Advance and delay tolerance of 10 days
- Example of an event inside the tolerance, with no state
transitions: The Event is opened on
02/09/2022, with state transitions (inside the 10 day tolerance), the event
date is the Work Order date.

- Example of an event outside the tolerance:- The Event is opened on 02/09/2022, and transitioned to a state that
allows to log work or costs on the 02/20/2022 (transition of SLA end outside
the 10 days tolerance)

- Tolerance of 365 days - The tolerance of 365 days is equal to 0, that is, when applying the
tolerance, it returns to the same day as the event
