How to report labor associated with the work order?

When a work order is in a state that allows to record costs, it is possible to record labor costs. To record the labor costs, you must access the work order file that you wish to record the costs "Work | Work Orders", select the WO you wish to record the cost.
  1. On the work order file, on the "Operations" link select the option "Labor"
  2. The labor records list is presented
  3. Press the option "Create"
To fill in the labor record, you must consider:
  1. By default, the field equipment, tool or location is filled in with the Work Order asset;
  2. If the Work Order is for a Route, select the asset type and fill in the corresponding asset;
  3. The labor can be reported to the work order, the maintenance plan to the maintenance plan task or to additional tasks
    1. Report to the maintenance plan:
      1. select the maintenance plan you wish to report.
      2. You can only report labor to the maintenance plans associated to the work order.
    2. Report labor to the work order task
      1. Select the maintenance plan.
      2. You can only report the tasks associated to that maintenance plan.
    3. Report labor to additional tasks
      1. You can only report labor to the tasks associated to the work order.
  4. The labor record date cannot be inferior to the work order creation date.
  5. If the Work Order is for a Route, one of the fields equipment, tool or location must be filled in.
  6. You can only associate the labor to the authenticated user.
  7. It is only possible to record labor, if the Work Order state allows cost record
  8. The workshop manager the work order belongs to can create, edit and cancel records for the technician.
Fill in the data. The information to be filled in is organized in tabs. You can see the required fields using the orange margin or from the list on the right lower corner, next to the Reset button;
