When a work order is in a state that allows to record costs, it is possible to record material consumptions. To report material consumptions, you must access the work order file you wish to report the costs to "Work | Work Orders", select the WO that you wish to report the cost.
When filling in the consumption record, you must consider:
i.By default, the field equipment, tool or location is filled in with the work order asset;
ii.If the work order is for a route, select the asset category and fill in the corresponding asset;
iii.The consumption can be reported to the work order, the maintenance plan, the maintenance plan task or to additional tasks
iv.The report date cannot be before the work order creation date.
v.If the work order is for a route, one of the fields equipment, tool or location must be filled in.
vi.You can only associate the labor to the user authenticated.
vii.It is only possible to record consumptions, if the work order state allows to record costs
viii.You can only select company warehouses to which you will report consumptions.
ix.The workshop manager the work order belongs to can create, edit and delete records for the technician.
x.If you create a consumption in which you select an externally managed warehouse, you will not be able to select warehouses that are not managed externally in other lines of a consumption.
