How to record a stock parts entry?
The stock parts entry is always associated to a warehouse, it is
not possible in a single stock entry to place several warehouses. To enter a
part stock, you must access the warehouse tab "Inventory Parts |
Warehouses", select the warehouse you wish to enter stock on.
- On the warehouse tab, in the "Operations" link, select the "Part Entries" option;
- The list of parts entries associated with the selected warehouse appears.
- Select the option "Create".
Enter the data. The information to be filled in is organized in
tabs. You can see the required fields using the orange margin or from the list
on the right lower corner, next to the Reset button;
It
is not possible to delete part entries, to remove parts from stock you must
issue a parts issue.
It
is not possible to add part entries in externally managed warehouses.
