How to plan the preventive maintenance for several years?
The events are not all generated when the preventive maintenance is approved. The events are rescheduled daily according to a set of rules. The following rules:
- Events based on the recurrence:
- If the preventive has a daily plan, a maximum of 2 years are scheduled
- If the preventive has a daily plan, a maximum of 2 years are scheduled
- If the preventive has a monthly plan with recurrence up to 12 months, a maximum of 4 years are scheduled
- If the preventive has a monthly plan with recurrence between 12 and 14 months, a maximum of 4 years are scheduled
- If the preventive has a monthly plan with recurrence higher than 24 months, a maximum of 10 years are scheduled
- Events based on meters: in this case, the event interval result is used as reference divided by the meter average, to define the events recurrence.
- If the events recurrence is up to 7 days, a maximum of 2 years are scheduled
- If the events recurrence is between 8 and 365 days, a maximum of 4 years are scheduled
- If the events recurrence is between 366 and 730 days, a maximum of 8 years are scheduled
- If the events recurrence is higher than 730 days, a maximum of 10 years are scheduled
- Events based on recurrences and meters:
- The limit date is defined based on the rules set for the recurrence or to the meters. The event interval selects the set of rules to be applied.
The rules presented will be applied when approving and to each recalculation, that is, to each recalculation the new events will be generated.
