How to define the execution of maintenance plans?

Each maintenance plan of the preventive maintenance has a scheduling configuration. The scheduling can be defined using:
  1. Recurrence;
  2. Meter;
  3. Recurrence and Meter
Recurrence
The scheduling by each plan's recurrence supports three configuration types: daily, weekly and monthly. It is possible to set:
  1. Daily Frequency: at what time should the preventive maintenance take place;
  2. Frequency: allows for setting the preventive maintenance to occur every x days, weeks or months. In the case of the weekly and monthly recurrences, it is possible to perform some additional configurations.
  3. Weekly: allows for setting one or more week days in which the maintenance should take place;;
  4. Monthly: allows for setting a day of the month or a rule for the day when the preventive maintenance should take place.
  5. Recurrence Range: sets the recurrence start and end dates;
Recurrence examples

    1. Preventive Maintenance created on 10/03/2020
    2. projection end date on 31/03/2020
    3. maintenance plan with a recurrence starting on 10/03/2020
    4. daily frequency at 9 a.m.

Meter
On the preventive maintenances for equipment, tools and locations it is possible to define the plan scheduling by meter.
The meter to be selected can be associated to the preventive maintenance element or can be a meter associated indirectly to the element, that is, a meter for the family, brand, model or location function of the element.
For that, an equipment, tool or location meter is selected, and a meter value interval is set at the end of which the preventive maintenance must be performed.
An event is created per day, at the most, even if the set interval is inferior to the current meter average.

Examples by meter
  1. Example 1 – Maintenance by meter:
    1. Preventive Maintenance created on 07/08/2020
    2. projection end date on 30/09/2020,
    3. maintenance plan with a meter whose value interval is 500.
    4. The meter currently has a daily average of 50.

  1. Example 2 – Maintenance by meter with initial value:
    1. Preventive Maintenance created on 01/08/2020
    2. projection end date on 30/09/2020,
    3. maintenance plan with a meter,
    4. interval of 500
    5. initial value of 1200.
    6. The meter currently has a daily average of 50 and value of 80

307/09/20202700
417/09/20203200
527/09/20203700

Since maintenance begins in 1200, and the interval is 500, the first intervention occurs on the meter value of 1700. Since the meter has value 800, and considering the average, it will take 18 days to reach this value. From this occurrence on, maintenance is performed every 10 days.

Recurrence and Meter
If the events are generated based on the meter, an event is created per day, at the most, even if the set interval is inferior to the current meter average.

  1. Example 1 - Monthly maintenance by meter:
    1. Preventive Maintenance created on 10/08/2020
    2. projection end date on 30/09/2020,
    3. maintenance plan with a recurrence starting on 10/08/2020,
    4. monthly frequency on the 15th at 9 a.m.
    5. The same plan has a meter set with a value interval of 500 and a daily average of 50.
