How to create equipment from Generated Equipment?

To create equipment or tools from the Generated Equipment list, you need to save the Equipment Reception document.
The lines in which the Status column shows Accepted will originate an Equipment or Tool, as indicated in the Is Tool column.

Once a generated equipment line originates an Equipment or Tool, it will be locked, rendering changes impossible. Subsequently, that line will not originate any more equipment or tools.

If the Custom Sequence option is not filled in, the Active column in the Generated Equipment list will have no text filled in. This column will become mandatory as soon as the Status column is changed to Accepted.

By creating an Equipment/Tool, a Location History will automatically be generated for that asset, dated from the moment of creation.

The Automatically apply by family option, when activated during the status change to Accepted or Not Accepted, will apply the same value to all elements in the same family that are in Pending status. Likewise, when this option is activated, when changing the Location column, this value will be applied to all elements of the same family. Rows with no family assigned will be considered to belong to a different family.
