How to consult the Request Management list?

The Administrator and the Work Manager have access to a list of requests.
To access the list, select the menu option Work | Request Management.

List criteria: 
  1. Availability for the Administrator and Work Manager;
  2. The list is sorted in descending order based on the date of the request;
  3. From the list, it is possible to access the request display screen;
  4. It is possible to apply the following filters:
    1. Date: allows you to search for requests created in a certain period of time;
    2. Status: allows you to search for a request's status;
    3. Requests type: allows you to search by request type;
    4. Active: allows you to search for the active status of a request;
    5. Priority levels: allows you to search based on the priority level of a request.

The Work Manager profile should only be able to view requests that meet the following conditions:

  • The request type does not have a Workshop defined by default;
  • The request type has a default Workshop in which the user is a manager.
