How to add an attachment with a preventive maintenance?
To add an
attachment to a preventive maintenance, you must follow these steps:
- Edit the
preventive maintenance and click on the option "Attachments" on the
options on the lower left corner of the screen;
- On the
"Manage Attachments" pop-up, it is possible to add a new attachment
by clicking in select or by dragging the file;
- After
clicking "Confirm", the attachment is associated to a preventive
maintenance;
- Clicking
"Save" will finish the process of adding an attachment.
When
generating a Work Order, if there are attachments in the preventive
maintenance, maintenance plan and task, these will be copied to the Work Order.
