How to access the Valuekeep Requester CMMS mobile app?

To access the Valuekeep Requester CMMS,

before entering the app, you must accept the request you've been sent.

Roles supported on the Valuekeep Requester CMMS app:

  1. Root - Administrator
  2. Requester - Requester
  3. RequestsManager  - Requests Manager

If you have Technician or Work Manager as your main role, when entering the app, your role will be changed to the associated role with less access.


Example 1:

  1. User:
    1. Associated roles:
      1. Administrator
      2. Requester
      3. Technician
    2. Default role:
      1. Technician

When entering the app, the Technician has no access to the app, so the role will change to Requester.

 

Example 2:

    1. Associated roles:
      1. Administrator
      2. Requests Manager
      3. Technician
    2. Default role:
      1. Technician

When entering the app, the Technician has no access to the app, so the role will change to Requests Manager.
