How can I see the list of Total Costs?
The maintenance manager can check all the cost records associated with a work order.
You can access this list of costs at Work | Explore Costs | Total Costs or by searching for Total Costs inthe search bar in the header.
The list of total costs has the following criteria:
- By omission, only the total costs of the current quarter are displayed.
- The list is sorted in descending order of the scheduled date of the work order.
- From the list, you can access the work order visualisation screen.
- You can search within the list. By default, the filter selected is Work Order, but you can change it.
This feature is available for profiles Administrator and Work Manager.
Total cost records can be made via work orders.
