How to view the list of total costs?
It is
possible to check all costs associated to a work order. The total costs list
allows the maintenance manager to check all costs associated to a work order.
The list
includes the costs in the company configuration currenct and the costs in the
alternative currency (reporting).
To view
a total costs list on the menu, select the option "Work | Explore
Costs | Total Costs" or search "Total Costs".
The
total costs list has the following criteria:
- It is only
available for the administrator role.
- By default, only
the total costs of the current quarter.
- The list is
ordered in decreasing order of work order expected date.
- From the list it
is possible to access the work order view screen.
- It is possible to search the list using the search box and by selecting the field to be searched on the 3 dots.
Costs
