How to delete batch locations?

To delete batch Locations, select the option Definitions| General | File Import:

1. The import screen is displayed;
   
2. Select the option Delete Locations;
   
3. Download the template file to be loaded, on the upper part of the screen and fill in the file;
   
4. Later, you must fill in the file according to the rules:
   

1. The fields LocationKey, and Company must be defined.
   
2. If the column LocationKey is not filled in, the row will be ignored.
   
3. On the column ParentLocation can also place the Parent Location.
   
4. Only the locations that have not been referenced on the product will be deleted. For example, the locations associated in work orders cannot be deleted.
   
5. When the import is finished, the import date will be presented, and it might (or not) contain messages with import details. If an import occurs without errors/warnings, no information on the import details will be presented. If there are errors/warnings on the import, you can see the errors by clicking on the number of messages.
   
6. A specific template is made available to batch delete locations. However, it is possible to use the same template used to import locations.
   

The file must always be of the CSV type and the separator character must be ; (semicolon).

You must only specify the field 'Company' if you have more than one company in your subscription.
