How do I delete batch assets?

How do I delete batch equipments or tools?

To delete batch assets, select the option Settings | General | File Importation:
  1. The import screen is presented;
  2. Select the option Delete Equipments or Tools;
  3. Download the model file on the upper side of the screen and fill in the file;
  4. You must fill in the file according to the rules:
    1. The fields Key and Company must be defined.
    2. If the column Key is not filled in, the row will be ignored.
    3. On the column ParentAsset you must insert the Parent Equipment if it is an equipment or a Parent Tool if it is a tool.
    4. Only the equipments and tools that were not referenced on the product will be deleted. For example, equipments associated to work orders cannot be deleted.
    5. When the import is finished, the import date will be presented that might (or not) contain messages with import details; if an import occurs with no errors/warnings no information on the import details will be presented; if the import records errors/warnings, you can see the errors by clicking on the number of messages.
    6. A specific template is provided to delete batch equipments and tools. However, you can use the same template used to import equipments or tools.
The file must always be of the CSV type and the separator character must be “;” (semicolon);
You should only specify the 'Company' field, if you have more than one company in your subscription.
