How to set a preventive maintenance with the work order closing date?
On the
work orders tab, it is possible to define the scheduling criteria that affected
the date of the following event, based on the previous work order.
The
closing date criterion is based on the work order SLA end date. This date can
be viewed on the work order file, on the planning. This date
is filled in when the work order state is configured with the SLA end option
active.
Example of
scenarios:
- Tolerance of zero days: Preventive
on the first Monday of every month

Advance
and delay tolerance of 10 days
Example of
an event inside the tolerance - The Event is opened on 02/09/2022, and
transitioned to an SLA end state on the 02/18/2022 (transition of SLA end
inside the 10 days tolerance)

Tolerance of 365 days - The
tolerance of 365 days is equal to 0, that is, when applying the tolerance, it
returns to the same day as the event
