The
preventive maintenance events were designed to allow to create work orders
using each preventive maintenance event.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Access Work | Preventive
Maintenance | Preventive Event Management;
- Filter the data by Preventive Maintenance, Workshop, Start and End Date, Location, Equipment, Tool and/or Route (optional);
Note: The start and end dates correspond to the scheduled date of the event; - Click on Apply;
- The preventive maintenance events are displayed;
- Select the events for which you want to create the Work Order;
- Click on Create TO or Create TO and Print. If you chose the second option, you can select double-sided printing.
Work orders are only printed when processing is complete. When this happens, the Manager is notified and can download the printout via the Notifications area.
If you want to check the current status of processing, click on View Status at any time or on the link available in the notification.
