Frequently,
a maintenance technician is performing a work order and detects another
problem, so he needs to solve it and log the work done. To log the work done,
there are 3 options:
Creating a new work
order
Adding additional
tasks to the work order being executed

To create
a work order related to the work order being worked on, you must follow these
steps:
Access the list of
work orders;
Edit a work order;
On the option (...)
select "Create Related Work Order".
The work order
creation window is opened, copying all the original work order data and
filling in the field "Source Work Order" with the original work
order. Only attachments, follow-ups, additional tasks and cost details are
not copied. The technician can also perform this operation.
