How do I change the login information in the solution?

In Valuekeep CMMS, users have the possibility to change their email, password, see their activity in the product and change the language. 
To access this information, you should access the personal area button (the one with your photo or initials) in the upper right corner and click on the Profile button. A new tab will open with the user's account information. 





 How to change your email? 

  1. Go to the Change Email option;
  2. Insert the current password;
  3. Click on the Next button;
  4. Insert the new e-mail address;
  5. Click on Save.

How to change your Password? 

  1. Go to the option Change Password;
  2. Insert the current password;
  3. Click on the Next button;
  4. Insert the new password;
  5. Click on Save. 

How to change the language? 

  1. Click on the Edit button on the Account Overview page;
  2. Change to the desired language in the Language field;
  3. Click on Save;
  4. Logout and log in again.
